Real Estate Lending
On a limited basis, Sage will provide bridge, renovation and construction loans on residential or commercial real estate. We target loans up to approximately 70% of property value. Loan amounts may be up to $4 million. Sage is aligned with Arixa Capital and will refer loans to Arixa when that serves the borrower’s interests best.
Note Financing
Sage will provide up to 70% financing for performing notes. Underlying property types may be residential, including single-family business purpose loans; multifamily; or commercial real estate. The loan balance can be up to $4 million.
