The principal is Jan Brzeski who founded Arixa Capital in Los Angeles, with $4 billion of loans originated to date. SCIP originates loans for his personal portfolio, and for a small group of co-investors. SCIP maintains locations in Durham, NC and Los Angeles, CA.
