Experts in real estate private credit

Jan Brzeski, who previously founded the successful Arixa Capital Advisors LLC, launched SCIP in early 2024. Jan is a seasoned real estate investment professional, visionary, and speaker with more than two decades in the real estate private credit industry—an industry he and the SCIP team are passionate about.
