Sedgefield St Showcase
Overview
SCIP hosted a property showcase alongside Hylton Daniel design + construction. This showcase featured Hylton Daniel’s Sedgefield St. project, financed by SCIP — two thoughtfully crafted 2-bedroom, 2-bath homes in Durham, NC.
Hylton Daniel design + construction was founded in 2017 by Alicia Hylton-Daniel & Roger Daniel. They specialize in mid-to-large scale residential projects, as well as ground-up developments with a focus on historical to modern design.
The event provided a platform to connect developers, investors, and other real estate professionals to share opportunities, discuss trends in the real estate market, and enjoy a great evening.
